Dignity Meals - An On-Demand Pick Up & Delivery App
This is a recent project I completed that helps food donors get their excess food to local charities.
I learned that local businesses are one of the main contributors to the food waste problem. After speaking with food caterers about their food waste and donation experiences I discovered that they have limited time during their busy days to deliver their excess food to local charities, so I designed an on-demand pick-up and delivery service that would quickly and efficiently allow food donors to request pick-ups through the app so that they wouldn't have to go out of their way to deliver their food donations themselves.
