Logo created for a society of donors making significant gifts in order to further mission of preserving Ohio history.

I studied Amish stars and decided to merge the Ohio and Dahlia star quilting patterns since quilts are heirlooms passed down from generation to generation. The society wanted something natural/life/plant based, scalable, honorary and endowing and this seemed like the perfect fit.

I'm very happy with how it ended up looking unique and modern but still rooted in Ohio history.
