Medical Application User Flows

Here's a partial look into the user flows I developed in the planning phase of this project. With multiple demographics, I approached the flows from each user's point of entry and mapped out the user's journey to accomplish their goals.

My client was able to use these helpful flows to get feedback on the application from doctor's and service workers as we began the visual design phases of the project.

User flows are a hugely important part of my design process.
