Simple City Map

This is a city map illustration I made for one of conversation lesson in Japanese class. In this lesson, the students were analyzing and identify a location of a place based on its surroundings, such as "... beside" and "... across".

I used simple filled-line icons and a precise symbols to make it easy to understand. The places in this map are bookstore, bakery, bank (signed with "Rp" that stands for Indonesia currency, Rupiah), post office, high school (signed with "SMA" that stands for Sekolah Menengah Atas/Senior High School), and public park.
