What if cartoon characters approached me to rebrand their fictional companies?

Introducing a new brand for Sunset Arms Boarding House, the quaint, city residence of various Hey Arnold! characters. Arnold's grandpa, Phil, wanted a modern and elegant brand that showed the history of the building (which was built with 2,873 bricks).
