Libstry Sticker Quilt

This is the sticker design that I created for an old project called Libstry.

Libstry was a home for storytelling through video diary entries.

At first, our friends just used it to keep a running personal log, and then realized that many community members were sharing their diary entries publicly.

Ultimately, many of these videos (over 5,000 eventually) were shared so that other community members would know they weren't alone with something they were going through - drug addiction, single motherhood or depression and anxiety, for example.

So, we built a messaging component on top of the public entries so that members could learn from each other.

And after two years, we decided to put it on the shelf. But, we'd really like to revive this again in the future because of the wonderful positivity that so many community members shared with one another.

The blocks are meant to represent a quilt, which is how we thought of the community - the weaving together of diverse people and stories.
