Writer's Block Sound Brand Design

For this logo, I wanted to capture the feel of a vintage antenna emanating a signal, as well as visualize the writer's block theme, and this awesome minimalist pencil with surrounding radio waves captured that vision perfectly. Alternate logos use the pencil alone as an icon, and will surely live well at whatever size necessary to represent the label in all the artists it supports. What do you think?
