OLA Score - Driver Partners Performance Management System.

The user interface fulfils -
1. HOW TO IMPROVE OLA SCORE - Interactive FAQ sections: As the user base is semi literate people, we wanted to increase the visual elements in order to provide better information hierarchy.
Here we tried to get rid of the trashy content based generic FAQ section with the help of illustrations and brief headings about “what to do/what not to do”.
Also, with the presence of relevant “Watch Training Videos” link we are ensuring the partners to go through the video link which will enable them to increase the OLA Score.

2. OLA SCORE STATUS - Penalty Charges:
Injecting the transparency level of why did the partner got penalised - reasons, how to get back the money etc. With the ‘fountain like’ UI table we tried to achieve various language elongation barriers (here we have shown Tamil scripture). The “tick” mark ensures what you have already done and dotted circle shows which other parts are left.
