Animated Notification

Hi! It's been a while since I posted on Dribbble. Attached visual shows concept of animated notification. That UI gives advance notice about category of event which is going to happen. At the very first moment icon and avatar appears, later the rest. So before reading the full context user knows what it is about and who has been mentioned. In this example it is task assignment from Brad Pitt and a moment later all details are visible. That way information could be consumed in smaller pieces and use of animation makes it more noticeable. Note that presented concept doesnt has to suit every case. Such solution could be more useful in situations when either content of notification is long, or notification needs more time to load (blockchains maybe).
