GoSpotCheck Field Days 2017 Flag Animation

We're hosting our 2nd annual user conference, GoSpotCheck Field Days in October, and it was time to level up the conference brand. One big aspect of this effort was to bring the static logo to life, and @Webshocker nailed it.
