Given the choice, I prefer white chocolate over milk or dark chocolate. That's the way I am. So, if I do a client a big favor, or do some pro bono work for a friend, the deal is very simple, pay me or send me some good karma respectively, and if possible throw in some white chocolate. I have one client who got major bonus points for sending me a box of white chocolate and speculoos. If you haven't tried white chocolate and speculoos you really are missing out.
