onScroll animation

I used Keynote to prototype the browsing experience. When scrolling up, the sticky header scrolls off screen and the filter sticks. When scrolling down, the header appears.

When browsing lists of content, users need filtering and sorting to help them quickly get the specified info they want. Thus, the header doesn't stick while scrolling, the filter does.
