User Personas - Photo Collection UX Brief

This assignment was to test my innovation, understanding of users, interface creation capability and presentation skills. The client has a requirement for a large collection of photos, to support a music festival site. To support the persona development, the following questions were asked:

User interviews (sample questions):

-How do you go about uploading photos usually? What features/functions are important to you when uploading photos to a gallery? (understand current and ideal workflow)

-After your photos have been uploaded to the collection, do you need/want to notify anyone?

-Do you want to be able to modify, delete and/or resubmit photos?

-Is there a photo collection/upload feature in another product that you love/hate? Tell me about it. (get ideas for inspiration/improvement)

-What other tasks do you do before, during or after using the photo collection?

-Tell me about the environment you're in when using the photo collection feature. (possible opportunity to do some ethnography to inform design decisions, understand context)
