Need Constructive Feedback

Hello! I could really use insight on how to improve my work. I know I have some serious work to do. I'm looking for a better understanding on how to maintain a whimsical appearance while also creating something aesthetically pleasing.
Should I use a different medium? Clearer, stronger lines? Is it off balanced? Looking for constructive feedback. Thank you!!
