Landing Page Concepts

This is a landing page concept design for a modern Homebuilder. The client has a website that they are wanting to simplify to help people easily access information about their products and services. They are getting feedback from users stating that the current site is a little too animation heavy and people can't quite find what they need easily. There is no email capture option for re marketing later. Analytic data for their current site has significant drop offs after people come to the home page. This could mean that users were just curious with no intention to progress further or that they were unable to navigate through to their intended area. SOLUTION: Clean design with easily accessible information. I created a landing page that allows products to be front and center allowing people to discover them. I created an email option to capture emails. I created a nav footer that people can go to when they are wanting to dive into the site and bypass the landing page. This is important for members of the media who just want quick information without having to dig through multiple pages to get to it. This concept also provides the company with a means of sharing their policy and allowing current clients to login and check progress on their home.
