Web Navigation Detail

Here's a snippet of a concept I've created for a previous client - Tivok. The biggest challenge around this website was balancing the needs of half a dozen different stakeholders who view and use the website with varying frequency.

New customers, current customers, employees, business partners, tradesmen, and stockists (all of which are distributed over a large age gap) are all important users of the Tivok website. To add more into the mix, there are also stakeholders from different countries including Australia, China, Dubai, Indonesia, and Cyprus. All of this calls for very thought-out navigation!

Trying to make leaps and bounds with the creativity of the design was a no-go. While I prefer to try to push the boundaries and create things that are a little more novel, there was a strict requirement that all parts of the website should be familiar and relatable (enough).
