WIP beginnings of disaster relief app concept.

I was inspired by an NPR story about how the volunteer group, the Cajun Navy, was utilizing different technologies to "dispatch" help during Hurricane Harvey. This ad-hoc volunteer group was incredibly resourceful and organized. For example, they utilized Zello to make their phones walkie talkies, used Google forms for people to request help, and created a huge community google map (over 5,000 entries).

What if there was an app to help make this difficult time a little easier?
