World Suicide Prevention Day

Here's the full shot of the piece for World Suicide Prevention Day. Which is today! So take a minute. Change a life.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 50 in the UK. I was approached to work with the Open Door Centre Charity and Tranmere Rovers Football Club to help bring awareness to this and to highlight the reality in every day life. The campaign would be part of World Suicide Prevention Day Campaign on the 10th of September 2017.

The Poster shows the number of deaths in a format the audience can relate to, fans missing in a stadium at a football match. To build upon this theme the design is loosely based around the idea of a match-day program, with the football stats being replaced with facts on the impact of suicide and how you can help.

The design itself was created in a stencil format so that it can be used across varying colours depending on the colours of the local football team. A subtle but effective way to reach the target audience.
