HBCo. Pale Ale "Heroica"

Here is one of the first designs we were working for a brand new brewery in my country.

Every beer comes with a story representing some historic and fictional characters, here is the "HEROICA" story:

"It was around 9 o'clock in the morning on November 27, 1827. The cold wind was blowing, accentuating the silence of the fields. No sound was heard for miles, except for the presaging song of birds. The battle that would define the destiny of our land was about to begin.

Perhaps history did not put in writing the name of each of the 150 soldiers who entered the battlefield as men that day, but emerged as heroes. In that small valley of La Trinidad, these warriors commanded by great statesman and military genius, reversed an army that exceeded them in number, but never in bravery.

How great is the joy of that victory, that over the years we celebrate the courage of those ordinary men who had an extraordinary destiny that is now part of history. We would have liked to be there and salute them with a "Heroica", the beer inspired by those courageous troops and created to take the edge off the most grueling days."

Heroica is a Pale Ale beer, brewed with noble hops for an English malt base, which proudly evokes a combination of spices from our land and the sweet warmth of the malt.
