Sometimes... I'm confused and frustrated..
About people, especially "strange" customers.
It's very difficult to please everyone, especially in the development of multipurpose theme. People do not want to understand anything, they just want our work to be even cheaper. When you are working more than a year, designing, prototyping, development.. And in one day a person without asking for help (almost 24 hours), without trying to even read the documentation himself, gives you negative feedback? Why?
I dont understand. If you need help - just ask, if you need refund - just ask. But if you happy - you will not say anything. Just if something happened - you have a negative feedback just for second..

I'm confused and frustrated.. and in this minutes i have not reason to make good projects.
