"CHI" Logo

Last semester at school, I had a logo project in my visual design class. My original idea was to create a logo for Chicago using the abbreviation "Chi", but my teacher wanted the letters/phrase had to be fairly abstract and original. So I changed it to be a logo for a fake star called "CHI". I stuck with the Chicago-related colors and added an orbit to represent planets going around a sun (the wordmark is modeled off the USA soccer logo).

This is my first real stab at a logo in Illustrator!
