Gesture Based Chat App Experience

The idea behind my #Uplabs submission for the latest Chat Interaction Challenge 💬 was to take advantage of the long press or 3d touch gestures to incorporate additional functionality within a chatting app.

The prototype illustrates the following behaviour in the same order...

- Quickly replying to messages using the custom emoji shortcut menu
- Changing instantly between chats using the left or right swipe gesture
- Long press the profile photo of a group chat member to reveal a submenu that allows the user to quickly send that individual a message, call or view their details
- Seamlessly attaching a file without disrupting the chat experience

I hope you guys enjoy, I did have some more 'advanced' ideas around how I would build on this using location & AR, but unfortunately not enough time given this work doesn't pay the bills :)
