New Transportation

Bay area has seen a long history of traffic congestion. It's estimated that during peak hours people spend 38 minutes more in traffic to their destinations. There is at least an hour extra in traffic each day for average person. One of the reasons that some areas are not connected via public transportation or car services alone. What if we can move more people through connecting all transportation methods together? People might want to take public transportation more as they know they are smoothly connected of where they are going.
