Volcanology Field Office Concept Sketch - Spider Area

Another concept sketch of our Spider area. The Spider is a volcanology and geology tool loaned to us by the USGS. It's able to detect atmospheric changes, electricity (for lightning strikes), and seismic activity. The setup we got allowed us to collect and display data in real time.

Our plan here was to stage the area like a gear depot. On the wall would be tools and clothing that volcanologists regularly use (with two spots missing for the two people in the office who just had to leave).

The Spider would be communicated through a poster and a "manual" left open on the ground telling people to jump. This jumping would let the Spider spit out data in real-time which would be displayed on the poster via projection or rear-mounted screen.
