    Google Maps is great for quickly checking if there’s traffic on a particular route, but it doesn’t offer a ton of detail. This quick concept from 2013 offers an alternative approach to displaying traffic information. Using cards styled as road signs, the UI offers an overview of hotspots on a given route, supplemented with a quick description of the conditions as well as the cause.
