Engineer.SG logo proposal #2

2nd Logo proposal for Engineers.SG https://engineers.sg/

Changes:

- Cog glyph further refined based on grid
- Remove the "tick" from 'e' to make it look less like the other popular logo *cough*9gag*cough
- Change font to Alma Mono http://almamono.com/ for the rounded-ness and better consistency
