Red Sox starter Rick Porcello pitched six strong innings, including an immaculate inning in the fifth, to help his club notch their eighth consecutive win. The Rays helped out too with two wild pitches, a passed ball, a hit batter, and two intentional walks in the same inning that would put Boston in a comfortable lead for the rest of the night.
