Post entry form

I got the idea to make my own SafeCracker entry form, as there aren't many mobile solutions out there for ExpressionEngine, that make it easy to post to a blog for example (hence the similar colours to the EE control panel). This is as is in the iOS simulator. It was a good chance to learn more about EE either way and I'm pleased with the progress so far.
