Published Job

We're working on eliminating dead ends for our users on Stack Overflow Talent. Now, after a user has published a job, we are giving them a list of candidates we think would be a great fit for them. This is intended to encourage an increased amount of time on the site and time spent sourcing a candidate therefore increasing their rate of success.
