iPad Movie Watching

Hollywood movies with voice-overs in local language fascinates me. I watched Iron Man 2 in Hindi today -- and it was certainly more amusing and entertaining than the original RDJ movie. I was thinking about a service where locals with limited understanding of English language could actually have access to all these great films in language that they understand.

Why isn't someone doing this already?
