Inspired by Death & Co.'s delicious 202 Steps cocktail. Learning to work with the pathfinder tool, and adding curvature to lines.

* Quarter peeled Tangerine * 2 ounces Baker's Bourbon * .5 ounce Simple Syrup * 2 dashes House Orange Bitters * Orange Peel (Garnish)

In a shaker, muddle the tangerine. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with the orange twist.
