Camonote - The Anonymous Chat Application

Over the last few weeks I've been busy redesigning an anonymous chat application I built a few years back. I decided to focus on a new user group (teenagers) and introduce fun design elements such as emojis and 90s inspired color gradients, shapes and patterns.

The screenshots demonstrate the design for the homepage, the chat UI, pattern style guide and color style guide.

The idea is to build an anonymous chat application that doesn't require user accounts, doesn't track users in any identifying way, and messages delete in 24 hours. Maybe this'll turn into a social experiment to see how people behave with somewhat true anonymity, who knows?
