Dann's Diet

for the past 4 months i've been trying to loose some weight. the hardest part was finding a way that fit into my "always at computer desk" lifestyle so i ended up creating my own special diet. low and behold it worked. in less than 4 months i went from 196 - 154lbs. that's not even the best part. i also calmed my gastritis. i suffer from extreme acid reflux and was diagnosed with gastritis/gerd about 7 months ago. i was in and out of the doctor and hospital for a lot of that 3 months trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with me. after one last panic attack and late night trip to the er, i decided i needed to figure out how to control this thing.

it took about a month to create some recipes that i could tell worked and lots of trial and error to see what i could and couldn't eat due to my gastritis. but for the past 4 months, i figured out a pretty rad diet that anyone can do and best of all it's wicked tasty and i never once stepped foot in the gym although i surf frequently, which is a pretty epic workout.

not only did i lose the weight and got back to my normal weight, i also gained muscle, got lean and most important of all...i "calmed" my gastritis. if anyone out there knows what it's like to suffer from that, you'll know how stoked i am to have it calmed.

anyways, i've taken tons of notes on my progress and i'm about to share it all with others on how to lose weight and manage your day as workaholics and also tons of insight for people that suffer from the slightest heartburn to extreme gastritis/gerd like myself. i'm stoked to share what i've learned with everyone soon and hopefully it helps someone else as much as it did me!
