Surrender

This collage is part of a series of collages titled, Coming of Age. For the past year, I have collected and appropriated images and letters from soldiers. I have worked to reassign new meaning to these pieces of collected data as well as maintain the dignity of the objects. Through scanning, these collages now exist as a new image. This body of work serves as a commentary of coming to age rituals.
