Marching Band Shirt (Back)

Recently I was asked to make the shirt for my school's Marching Band. The theme this year was Broadway, and I wanted to mimic the neon signs that are so iconic to the famous Broadway scene. This graphic would be located at the top of the back of the shirt, and would have the band members listed below in 3 columns. You can see this layout in the mock-up tee graphic.
