Orders Helpdesk

The Orders HelpDesk was an extensive project to change the VTEX checkout process and allow e-commerce customers to change their orders after they have already been placed.

In the shot you can see the screen where users select the reason for changing their order.

Over the course of the project, me and design lead @Zeh Fernandes redesigned most of the customer-facing order management screens of the platform.
