Judgement day

Its been a long time since I got to sit down and create something like this. During my days in college I remember making whatever came to my mind. Letting my thoughts and more so the tool I was using just flow naturally. I didn't really care about what the final product was going to be as long as I was creating something I was stoked about. Over the years I feel that I have started to lose that part of my creative process. Now I will sit down with the vision / concept already solidified in my head and then will hit the ground running knowing the steps. I almost always know what I want the piece to look like in the final stages. While I still feel like this is an extremely important process, I think its also valuable to remember that sometimes we just need to create something without any form of idea from the start and see where it will lead.
