Ucando-it Ranking Badges

These badges were designed for 'ucando-it' ;an activity app which invests in employee wellbeing. As users accumulated activity through running, walking cycling, swimming etc. they would be rewarded badges as they 'rank up'. Badges are attached to a companies reward system, so in turn could give the employee access to real world gifts and incentives.

Everything is based around doing good, feeling good and measuring it. As admin, you get access to vital stats including what engages your team, savings made by reduced sick days and the return on your investment. Your users get showered in rewards for committing to weekly exercise goals, volunteering and attending company events.
