The Red Sox offense got to Angels starter Ricky Nolasco right out of the gate on Friday night. Boston accumulated six hits and five runs in the first inning alone which would be more than enough to take the game with Chris Sale on the mound. Boston’s ace threw six scoreless innings and struck out nine to reach 200 strikeouts on the season.
