Mars France redesign

Hey hey dribbblers,

I redesigned the home page of Mars France.
My design axis was to put the research talent in first line, so I emphasis the good atmosphere within the company.
I also designed a promotional landing page "Mars Family", to encourage people to apply and communicate on this redesign.
