Numb

So much sadness. Too often now I wake up and hear a story of someone finding life on this Earth so tough & unbearable that they choose to leave this place instead of reaching out for help.

This post is a small tribute to Chester Bennington but also a message to anyone reading that, If you feel sad or helpless, reach out to someone. Anyone. I promise you that you are not alone.
