As UX design lead on a redesign project for an academic paper tracking system for professional industry articles, I covered multiple user groups.

The lawyers review and use their professional expertise to assure the manuscript is legit or if it has issues that need to be resolved. They are also responsible for checking patent law. However, they are busy with other job demands and need reminders to sign off on these reviews and approvals.
