Chart interactions

Iterated on this to introduce both Rx and TX in the single view. See the rebounded shot for the previous iteration.

Prototype shows:
- values displayed all 3 digits with decimal point.
- alert readings
- hiding and shown either Rx or Tx
- entering threshold alert edit mode
