Eduardo Rodríguez’ return from a knee injury wasn’t quite everything he hoped it would be, handing the visiting Blue Jays the lead right off the bat and ultimately allowing three runs and six hits despite striking out eight. The Sox made a late-inning comeback to tie it up in the seventh though reliever Heath Hembree would give up the game-winning run to Toronto the very next inning.
