Flawed inventions (2)

Part of a project related to inventions that never came to see the light for various reasons. Rather than illustrate the specific inventions, the images depict different categories of ill-conceived inventions.

In this case, inventions that require immense complexity and development to solve something very simple. Illustrated by a complicated mechanical and technological structure that aims to light a match, something we can do with a simple gesture and a piece of sandpaper.
