Louisville Keyboard Key Cap

I never imagined that I would design a keycap for a mechanical keyboard. In fact, I didn't even know what a mechanical keyboard was up until two years ago.

I was asked to create a cap that was for the second annual(ish) keyboard club meet-up in Louisville, Kentucky that was distinctly Louisville. Other designs included a fleur-de-lis and my personal favorite, a disco ball – Louisville, home of the disco ball!

The phrase is a play on the initiative of "Keep Louisville Weird" by the Louisville Independent Business Alliance and the term "clacking" which is well-known among keyboard enthusiasts.

The design is being produced on a mint colored keycap. I can't wait to see the finished product in a couple of weeks!
