Designer.
We are humble, listen with empathy, and communicate with purpose. We build others up. We |are supposed to| look out for one another.

The design community has always been an amazing group where you could reach out to the greats as an equal. True designers stay humble, and give back to the community, working into the night to create free content to help others learn. They answer random questions on twitter, and remain approachable. It is hard to see "designers" leaving comments on peoples work saying things like "quit now", "just stop", things that would make anyone want to walk away.

There is enough work for all of us, treat others with respect and look out for one another.
