User Flow/Impression Map
Arguably, the most important element to any project at is infancy is a user flow. In this case, it was a user flow that doubled as an impression map—a visual representation of every page that the user might encounter within a flow. An impression map is important at the birth of a project. Not only does it represent the ideal user's journey, it also represents the number of deliverables required for the project and is a great fodder for conversation with upper management.
This particular user flow/impression map was created for a campaign geared around a massive giveaway. The campaign involved a total of three internal teams and proved extremely successful, bringing in 20% more revenue than the previous year. It goes to show you: if you treat your users right, you'll create trust and loyalty, which in turn lead to profit.
