Writing Your Thoughts

If sometimes you are overwhelmed by the number of thoughts you have to deal in your mind daily, I have an easy tip for you: write them down, paper or computer, whatever, just put all that in a material place, be organized, clean your head and during the process ask things to yourself, talk to you and learn. That way you can take a breath, check those thoughts always you want, and think what makes you happy. Me? Time for an ice cream!
