Contact Centre UI Designs
We were recently tasked with redesigning a few key screens for a Communications and Contact Centre platform. Our aim was to transform the interface into an simple, clear experience for users to navigate and perform tasks efficiently. This is one of our earlier design explorations, focusing on a clean, light UI with pops of colour.
